Arteense Custom Cookies provides experiential services — including baking classes, workshops, private parties, and custom cookie decorating events. Because these offerings require advance preparation, ingredients, staffing, and reserved time, our refund and cancellation policies differ from those used for physical goods.
Cancellations by Students
- All class registrations are non‑refundable.
- If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your seat to another person at no additional cost.
- In some cases, you may transfer to a future class, depending on availability. Please contact me to check options.
Cancellations by Arteense Custom Cookies
If a class must be canceled due to low enrollment, illness, or severe weather, students may choose:
- A full refund, or
- A transfer to any upcoming class with available seats.
Private Parties & Group Events
- Deposits for private events are non‑refundable, as they secure your date and cover advance preparation.
- You may reschedule your event once, at no additional charge, if requested at least 7 days in advance.
- Rescheduling within 7 days may incur a fee due to ingredient prep and staffing. Cancellations
- If you cancel your event entirely, the deposit is non‑refundable.
- Any remaining balance paid may be refunded only if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the event.
No Physical Goods
Arteense Custom Cookies does not sell shippable or returnable goods. All purchases relate to services, experiences, and event participation, and therefore are not eligible for traditional product returns.
Weather‑Related Changes
If severe weather impacts a scheduled class or event, Arteense Custom Cookies will communicate updates promptly. Options may include rescheduling or refunds depending on the situation.
